What you will be doing:

Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and business stakeholders to understand financial needs and provide excellent service.

Financial Analysis & Advisory – Research and analyse financial products, conduct credit assessments, perform serviceability calculations, and offer tailored loan recommendations.

Loan Application & Processing – Assist clients with loan structuring, application preparation, documentation collection, submission, and follow-up to ensure smooth settlements.

Operational & Team Collaboration – Support daily business operations, collaborate with internal teams, share best practices, and assist management and credit teams with follow-ups and compliance.

Post-Settlement & Client Support – Manage post-settlement activities, handle loan maintenance, conduct rate reviews, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
