Year 1 - $120k - $150k OTE

Year 2 - $150k - $200k OTE

you will specialise in securing asset finance loans and solutions for small to medium
businesses across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while ensuring
productivity remains at peak levels.
• Engage with inbound sales leads, guiding them through our seamless process
in line with company policies and procedures.
• Skilfully qualify and close inbound sales leads, ensuring exceptional service
delivery.
• Master the ins and outs of our cutting-edge ZOHO CRM and other relevant
systems.
• Actively seek out and cultivate new referral partners in alignment with
company protocols.
• Navigate standard loan transactions and expertly manage larger, complex
deals with internal and bank credit teams.
• Oversee the entire deal life cycle, from initial contact to loan settlement,
adhering strictly to company guidelines.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers, providing
unparalleled support and guidance.
• Utilize data collection techniques to inform strategic decision-making.
• Foster connections with bank and lender staff to facilitate smoother
transactions.
