people2people are currently recruiting a Senior Workplace Relations Business Partner for our client who are a State Government Agency. If you excel in HR case management, dispute resolution, and compliance, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic environment. Located in Dandenong, offering hybrid work arrangements after training.

Duties:

• Provide expert advice on employee and workplace relations matters, ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements, policies, and employment legislation
• Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including grievances, disputes, investigations, and separations
• Guide and support managers and leaders in applying enterprise agreements and HR best practices
• Deliver training and coaching to people leaders on workplace relations, conflict resolution, and compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in workplace relations policies and processes

About you:

• HR/IR/Law tertiary qualification
• Strong case management experience, ideally within State Government
• Strong knowledge of employment law & enterprise agreements
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence & build relationships
• Must have a drivers license/be willing to travel across sites in South East Melbourne
• Must have or be willing to obtain a WWCC and National Police check
