An Inner West agency committed to all things Property Management is on the lookout for an Entry Level leasing Executive to join their team. This is a role with training provided, where you will learn to deal with clients, strengthen your skill as a negotiator and understand what it takes to provide the best possible service to the local area.

About the role

Managing leasing process from open homes through to checking applications

Work alongside Property Management team

Aid in completing in and out-going inspections of properties

Aid property managers with routine inspection overflow

Responding to rental enquiries

Preparation of leasing documents and mange signing process

Supportive Property Management team

Monday to Saturday role with a day off during the working week Saturdays (only when needed)

Skills and experience

Solid understanding of the Inner West

Current Certificate of Registration required

Own car and Licence

Excellent written and verbal communication
