Your Day-to-Day Duties:

• Work closely with two experienced Property Managers.
• Lease vacant properties and ensure smooth leasing processes.
• Process applications and conduct reference checks.
• Communicate with both internal and external parties throughout the leasing process.
• Market available properties and schedule/attend open homes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• MUST hold a current Certificate of Registration.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car.
• Ideally 6-12 months of previous real estate experience
• Well-presented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
