World Expeditions is seeking a Content Co-ordinator with a sharp eye for design and a flair for digital storytelling to join our fast-paced and energetic marketing team.
This full-time Australia-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves collaborating with creative minds, and is excited by the rollout of fresh, innovative campaigns that inspire people to travel responsibly on the paths less travelled.
You'll report to the Marketing Director and work across multiple digital platforms, supporting the creation of engaging, on-brand content that drives connection, awareness, and conversion.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design and deliver visually impactful digital assets for social media, websites, blogs, eDMs and digital campaigns
Use Canva and Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop) to craft on-brand content that excites and informs
Collaborate on content planning and digital strategy to support campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions
Select and manage imagery from our Digital Asset Library to bring our trips and traveller stories to life
Build and schedule EDMs using platforms like ActiveCampaign (or similar)
Work with the wider marketing team to refine content performance using analytics and reporting tools
Help keep our content fresh, relevant and visually consistent across all digital touchpoints
What You Bring to the Team
2–4 years experience in a content, digital or marketing role
Strong graphic design/layout skills – Canva is essential, Adobe InDesign highly regarded
A solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and how content drives engagement
Some familiarity with email platforms (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.)
Basic image editing and asset optimisation skills (Photoshop or equivalent)
Organised, energetic, and ready to juggle multiple projects with a creative mindset
A love for adventure and a genuine connection to the outdoors, responsible travel and sustainability
