About the company

An exciting opportunity has become available for an HR Advisor to join a local government authority on a 6-month contract. This role is perfect for an HR generalist with strong organisational skills, confident Excel abilities, and experience supporting key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to a high volume of general HR enquiries
• Preparing and generating employment contracts
• Managing the HR inbox and resolving queries efficiently
• Providing payroll support and ensuring accurate data entry
• Utilising ELMO to manage HR processes
• Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis

About You:

• Previous HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Excel for reporting and data management
• Experience working with HR systems (ELMO experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support a diverse workforce
