About Us:
M A Milne & Co own and run Yardup - a 4th generation family farm in the small community of Borden, WA. Our operation spans across crop production and livestock farming, providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment. We are seeking a Senior Crop and Livestock Farm Worker to join us.

Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our farm. Your responsibilities will include assisting with crop production, livestock care, and ensuring the efficient and effective use of farm resources. Our responsibilities would encompass providing a safe, happy & fulfilling workplace where your effort will be appreciated and rewarded. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires problem-solving abilities and a passion for agriculture. We are looking for a ‘can-do’ person who is organised and systematic, workplace safety conscious, interested and proficient in IT, and who is able to work independently for periods of time. We want a person who will be committed and motivated to improve our farming outcomes, and to achieve a high level of personal satisfaction that comes from being part of a small but highly valued team.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience in crop production and livestock management.

Knowledge of farm machinery and equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Current drivers license.
