About your new employer:

About the role:

• Major lending practice involved in general acquisition finance along with property and construction finance;
• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements
• Advising on finance structuring, regulatory issues, and risk mitigation
• Supporting transactions from initial structuring through to financial close

The ideal candidate:

• Associate or Senior Associate (4+ PQE).
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
• Experience in Banking & Finance, coming from a recognized B&F team/firm.
• Strong document drafting, technical, and transactional management skills, with strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
• Client-focused mindset with strong leadership and mentoring abilities, fostering enduring relationships.
