We are seeking a full time Conveyancing & Commercial Paralegal to join our small friendly team located in the downtown Sydney CBD area.

We are a well-established busy firm that has been operating for more than 30 years, located in the downtown CBD area. Our practice provides legal services in property, business, commercial transactions and other related areas.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing conveyancing and commercial file matters on a day-to-day basis
• Assist with the preparation and review of legal documentation, including contracts, transfers, and settlement statements
• Will require a high level of client contact and liaising with bankers, brokers, agents and other related parties
• Preparing and completing settlements via PEXA

Role Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in conveyancing with a strong understanding of residential and/or commercial property and leasing matters in NSW
• Good working knowledge of managing transactions using PEXA
• Extensive experience in using LEAP software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong team player but also able to work independently as required
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage
