Role Overview

The Head of Technology and Cyber Security Operations is critical in shaping the infrastructure and cyber operations landscape across the business. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Information Officer to develop the IT strategy that will lead of improved business performance and outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the 5 person IT operations and cyber security team, fostering innovation and performance across local and global dimensions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, refine, and implement the Group’s IT vision and strategy.
• Oversee the roadmap for IT and Cyber Security Operations, facilitating the architecture and management of cloud services.
• Ensure robust management of cyber security protocols, encompassing technology updates, incident response, and risk assessments.
• Administer end-user services and create IT continuity plans to mitigate risks associated with major incidents.
• Engage with and effectively manage a range of service providers to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. This will be key.
• Participate in budget planning and management to maintain cost-effective IT operations.
• Support mergers and acquisitions through careful due diligence and integration of technology systems.
