Human Resources Manager – Global Technology Leader

About the Role:
Our client is a leading global technology company, renowned for its innovation and commitment to excellence. With a strong presence across Australia, they are now seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and drive strategic initiatives across multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Operations.

This role, based in Western Sydney, is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to shape policies, enhance workforce engagement, and contribute to organisational success. The role will cover the workforce in NSW & ACT.


Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership – Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance and best practices. ✔ Business Partnering – Work closely with senior leaders to proactively address workforce challenges and drive performance. ✔ End-to-End HR Management – Oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, remuneration, industrial relations, and workplace safety. ✔ Performance & Culture – Provide expert guidance on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. ✔ Continuous Improvement – Monitor HR processes and identify areas for enhancement to improve efficiency and effectiveness. ✔ Team Leadership – Manage and develop the NSW HR team to deliver exceptional HR support. ✔ Workplace Health & Safety – Collaborate with WH&S teams to implement initiatives that promote a safe and compliant work environment.

About You:
Experienced HR Professional – 8-10 years' HR experience in a mid-to-large organisation, with leadership experience.
Industrial Relations Expertise – Strong understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and union negotiations.
Strategic & Relationship-Focused – Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Multi-Disciplinary HR Knowledge – Proven capability across learning & development, remuneration, workforce planning, and change management.
Detail-Oriented & Compliance-Driven – High attention to detail, particularly in written communication and HR compliance.
Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel); experience with HRIS (Oracle HCM) and SAP Payroll is advantageous.
