• An opportunity has opened up for an experienced Fleet Allocator to join their team based in Wetherill Park, offering up to $90,000 + Superannuation for the right candidate.

About the Role:

• In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating freight movement and driver activity across a busy fleet.
• You’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day transport operations and strong service delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Shift: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Planning and monitoring daily fleet movements,
• Allocating freight and booking driver runs,
• Managing driver hours and compliance,
• Providing clear communication to drivers on all tasks,
• Maintaining accurate reports and operational records,
• Supporting the wider operations team to ensure customer satisfaction,
• and liaising with warehouses and clients to maintain effective working relationships.
• Systems: Google Sheets, Excel, email

About You:
To be successful in this role, you’ll have the following:

• bring a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced transport admin or fleet allocation role,
• ideally with a background in warehousing, transport, courier, or distribution environments.
• You’ll have strong communication skills, attention to detail, the resilience to stay calm under pressure, and a valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
