We're looking for a General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high standard of service. You'll work closely with the community, local clubs, and lead a supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a company with multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pub operations and daily activities.

Build relationships with local sporting clubs and organizations.

Ensure compliance with RSA, RSG, and licensing regulations.

Lead and motivate staff, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance.

Maintain a family-friendly, welcoming environment.

Manage budgets, inventory, and implement growth strategies

• Work with a supportive leadership team to achieve company goals and foster growth opportunities.

About You:

RSA, RSG certification, and Licensee certificate (or ability to obtain).

Proven experience in pub management.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for community engagement.

Financial and operational management experience.
