About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Accountant to join a prestigious client in the healthcare sector for a 12 month fixed term contract. In this key role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of fixed assets and projects within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accurate and timely accounting of all asset transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of the fixed asset balance sheet and related P&L accounts, ensuring the correct allocation of costs between OPEX and CAPEX.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of asset and project costs.
• Lead the asset revaluation process, coordinating with external valuers to ensure proper valuation.
• Contribute to ERP-related projects, assisting in the design and implementation of improved business processes.

Desired Experience

• Relevant degree qualification (e.g., Economics, Business, Accounting, Commerce) or equivalent experience.
• Professional Accounting Qualification (CA/CPA).
• Proven experience in a financial asset management role or significant exposure to asset and capital accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
