We are excited to announce that we have multiple temporary and ongoing openings for Senior Policy Officer & Senior Project Officers CL 9/10 positions in the Curriculum Directorate.

Senior Policy Officer
Senior Project Officer

About you

We are looking for Senior Policy Officers and Senior Project Officers who are driven to lead teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve our objectives. You have extensive experience in policy development/ project management, with a proven record of delivering successful outcomes.

Your strong analytical skills allow you to tackle complex issues and provide strategic insights. You communicate exceptionally well, engaging stakeholders at all levels. With proven leadership abilities, you excel in managing cross-functional teams and will be responsible in meeting competing demands.

Key Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Essential requirements of the role

Hold a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.

Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
