About the role

Join the dynamic customer service team at Aquatic Leisure Technologies' as a Customer Liaison Officer. In this full-time position based in Jandakot, WA, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships. Your empathetic and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll be doing

Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and live chat

Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and policies

Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, seeking to find mutually beneficial solutions

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the leisure or retail industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications

Commitment to continuous learning and a desire to enhance your skills

Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and business priorities
