THE ROLE & WHY JOIN US
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our fun Customer Service team in Abbotsford. This role offers you:

This is an office-based role, we come together as a team to support, nurture & grow together. This is reflective in our team culture, with Friday wine tastings, homemade birthday cakes & more, you’re joining a funky caring team! You will be required work Monday to Friday and you may have to work some non-national public holidays due to us being a national contact centre. You will be compensated for this.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

• Accurately process orders
• Manage customers and problem solve with them
• Act as the bridge between customers, sales and the warehouse
• Book couriers & arrange special orders
• Proactively contact customers to discuss orders
• When our receptionist is away, the CS team greet office visitors too.

The team get along well, working individually on their customers but jumping in to support when workload overflows for one. This is a fast-moving organisation and team, be ready for things to move and change with pace!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Experience in a corporate setting or hospitality leadership
• Comfortable with MS Suite and systems savvy
• Demonstrated your strong ability to prioritise
• On-the-phone experience & concise communication
• Passion and knowledge of wine would be swell!!
• Prior experience working with a distribution company
