About the Position:-

We require an Administrative Assistant to join our Internal Sales and Management team.

Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Manager, duties will include:-

• Telephone and Front desk customer assistance
• Assisting in the maintenance and management of our file servers
• Assisting with promotional and marketing copy (drafting brochures, proof reading and editing, etc)
• Assisting the Management with Import/Export paperwork, Freight Tracking and management

Successful Candidates will have:-

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good Presentation
• Computer Skills
• High degree of organisational ability
• Good attention to detail
