Our client is a is a global leader in quality, safety, sustainability and risk assurance services. It offers world-class services through their comprehensive range of auditing, certification, training and technical solutions. A role has become available in their HR Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist providing end to end internal recruitment solutions to the business for white collar roles such as Auditors, Sales professionals and Safety Consultants. The successful candidate will manage end to end recruitment by working closely with hiring managers to gain understanding of the role and recruitment strategy, proactively search for qualified candidates using SEEK, LinkedIn and relevant job boards and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for future positions.

Reporting to the HR Partner and based in the Sydney CBD office (hybrid work arrangements), the successful candidate will have similar recruitment/sourcing experience within an agency or internal environment in sales and operational roles, have their own solid hiring process, intermediate excel skills, an understanding of quality principles and standards, have sound research, analytical and problem-solving skills and exceptional communication skills.
