About the Role:

Our client is a multinational business known for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. With a strong presence in the Australian market, they are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support their growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing top-tier customer service, and contributing to process improvements. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring inquiries and orders are handled efficiently.
• Support customers with product information, troubleshooting, and solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to resolve customer issues.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Who We’re Looking For

You have experience in customer service and a passion for delivering great solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced, B2B environment and enjoy problem-solving to enhance the customer experience.

If you have experience in building materials, supply chain, or manufacturing, that’s a bonus, but we welcome candidates from all industries who bring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
