Tasks & responsibilities

• Providing an outstanding customer experience;
• Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
• Upselling;
• Preparing cold beverages;
• Working the Barista machine; Prepare amazing coffees;
• Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
• Cleaning duties throughout the store.

Qualifications & experience

• Demonstrated customer service skills;
• You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform;
• Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
• Excellent organisational skills;
• Exposure to a fast paced environment;
• Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
