Salesforce Functional Consultant

We’re looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for high-profile clients across healthcare, telco, infrastructure, retail, education, and energy.

In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive real value.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored Salesforce solutions.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings, capturing key requirements and translating them into best-practice designs.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce, leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platform capabilities.
• Ensure seamless implementation, collaborating with project managers, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct testing, training, and user adoption activities, ensuring solutions deliver maximum impact.
• Stay ahead of the curve, keeping up with Salesforce innovations and industry trends.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar.
• Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud & Field Service Cloud ideally).
• Strong business analysis and solution design expertise, with the ability to map complex processes into Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

Salary -
$90,000-130,000 + Super
