About the Role

As a Senior Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Microsoft Business Central (or Wiise) projects from discovery through to go-live. You’ll apply your finance and ERP experience to support customers across a range of industries, helping improve their operations and digital capability.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll also mentor junior team members, support solution design, and contribute to continuous improvement across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of ERP projects across multiple clients

Lead and participate in requirements gathering, workshops, and solution design

Configure and implement Microsoft Business Central / Wiise solutions

Provide high-quality documentation and training

Support junior consultants and peer review solutions

Contribute to internal process improvement and delivery methodologies

Build strong relationships with clients and partners

What You’ll Bring

5+ years’ experience implementing Microsoft Business Central / Wiise / Navision or similar ERP systems

Strong finance and accounting knowledge (Accounting degree preferred)

Proven experience across delivery, configuration, and solution design

Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing or distribution processes

Skilled in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and documentation

Comfortable mentoring junior consultants and managing multiple projects

Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills

A proactive, can-do mindset with a focus on client outcomes
