Our projects range from individual product executions through to large national merchandising and fulfilment programs with some of Australia’s highest profile brands.

The Role

In this role, you will be the key support person for our sales team and your main duties would include:

• Continuous product knowledge development and research
• Product costing and preparation of quotes
• Providing exceptional customer service to many of our key clients

Experience and Skills

• Strong knowledge and interest in the promotional products market would be desirable but not essential
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Approachable, friendly and genuine as well as being extremely honest, reliable and trustworthy
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
• High personal standards, energetic and driven to succeed
