About the role (Full-time) :

We are looking for an experienced salesperson to join our team. It is essential that you have a proven background in sales and are self-motivated. You are required to have at least 1 year of sales experience.

Sales Consultant - Requirements and responsibilities:

Driving around Melbourne metro and country areas to promote our brand to builders and retail customers. This will involve visiting building sites and follow-up calls and closing sales.

Knowledge of flooring products.

Calculate quantities and quote based on site-inspections and floor plans.

Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward

Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Driver's License is required for this position, and forklift driver license is preferred.

Be able to read and interpret building drawings and specifications and able to create accurate quotes.

Communicate with client, colleagues to coordinate work, and ability to work with builder to achieve win-win outcomes.

Above all, the successful applicant must have a great attitude and work ethic. The right candidates will be provided with proper training.
