About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kickstart Businesses as a full-time Sales Representative. The role will be Sydney based and will see you playing a key part in driving sales for the company's range of building industry products. Ideally, our preferred candidate would already have connections with builders, and this will be adding to the products you sell, as long as there is no conflicting interest.

What you'll be doing

Contacting any industry contacts you have to sell our large variety of building products

Actively prospecting for new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers in the building industry

Liaising with clients from quoting orders through to delivery as well as maintaining ongoing relationships with the clients for future orders

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' sales experience, preferably within the building or construction industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ideally, have contacts in the building industry that can be contacted about our products

What we offer

Commissions only with no limits to how much you can earn. We have sales agents earning $200,000 + PA.

Flexible work arrangements: No set times, work from home, prospect and meet clients on site or cold call from the comfort of your home. As it's a commission-based role, this can be suited to someone who already has a job but may be looking for the extra income or someone eager to start full time to earn uncapped commission.
