Melbourne Teaching Health Clinics (MTHC) is a non-for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Melbourne and provides world class clinical training opportunities for the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences students. It also provides patient access to high quality health care for members of the Victorian community, within a private practice setting. There are six clinical areas that are central to this service, and they include general medical practice, dentistry, optometry, audiology, speech pathology and psychology. About you
The Selection Criteria is designed to assess the candidate's suitability for the position. If you don’t believe you meet all the points below, but you have relevant skills and experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Essential Selection Criteria
Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education / training.
Demonstrated knowledge in digital marketing platforms and tools, coupled with a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends.
Demonstrated experience successfully developing marketing and communications strategies and materials, both online and offline that supports the brand positioning and reaches key markets.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in managing and executing multi-discipline campaigns, projects, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences and create impactful content across various platforms.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to provide guidance and insights to senior leadership.
Analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and utilise data to inform marketing and communication strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify and prioritise complex problems.
Proven ability to generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
Excellent computer skills including all key Microsoft Office products.
Desirable
Experience using InDesign, Canva, or other digital applications.
Proficiency in social media platforms in an administrative capacity.
