As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering product knowledge, technical guidance, and quality assurance to our clients and partners.

Your Role as a Technical Advisor:

As a Technical Advisor, you will serve as the go-to expert for the correct application and performance of our products. Your primary objective is to provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring our products are used effectively and delivering long-term durability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Technical Expertise & Advisory – Provide advanced technical guidance to customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Assist in developing specifications, supporting sales teams, and presenting technical solutions to clients.

· Site Inspections & Application Support – Conduct on-site assessments to ensure correct product application, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide recommendations to applicators and contractors.

· Training & Education – Deliver hands-on product training and technical presentations to applicators, sales teams, and distributors, ensuring best practices in installation and product handling.

· Quality Assurance & Compliance – Ensure our products meet regulatory and performance standards through rigorous application monitoring and compliance oversight.

· Warranty & Risk Management – Assess warranty claims by conducting site investigations, documenting findings, and working with stakeholders to resolve product-related concerns.

· Product Development & Feedback – Act as a liaison between the technical team and the market, providing valuable insights for product improvement based on field performance and customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the building, coatings, waterproofing, or construction industry.

· Strong technical acumen with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Proven experience in technical advisory, training, or product support roles.

· A background in engineering, coatings, or waterproofing is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

· Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal and external teams.

· Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and compliance requirements.

· A willingness to travel for site visits, training sessions, and customer meetings.
