Your Opportunity:

We are seeking an outstanding National Product Specialist to lead product innovation, provide technical expertise, and support sales, marketing, R&D, and technical advisory teams. This role comes with a highly competitive salary of $130,000 - $150,000 + car or car allowance + tools of the trade. What You’ll Do:

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute national product strategies and roadmaps.
• Contribute to sales and product plans to maximize market opportunities.
• Ensure long-term product sustainability and market positioning.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Work closely with the national sales team to drive specifications and product adoption.
• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, and applicators across Australia.
• Create and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals.
• Develop specification documents to support the sales process.
• Identify customer challenges and provide tailored solutions.

Innovation & Product Development

• Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process, from concept to market launch.
• Conduct competitive market research and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Partner with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product success.
• Source complementary products to expand our offerings.

Technical Advisory & Training

• Act as a trusted technical advisor internally and externally.
• Deliver technical training to sales teams and customers nationwide.
• Ensure all training supports warranty and compliance requirements.
• Keep technical literature up to date and distribute to key stakeholders.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Work with Safety & Quality teams to address product claims.
• Assist with quality assurance processes and recall management if necessary.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM for technical inquiries, product warranties, and site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

What You Bring

Essential:

• Construction product knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement and product innovation.

Desirable:

• Experience in waterproofing solutions.
• Architectural or construction-related qualifications.
• Solid pipeline of tier 1 – 3 , architects to bring to the table.
