We are currently seeking a talented Senior Administrator to oversee the daily sales compliance and sales support.
About the role
In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance within the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Download WON deals by Sales Reps from the previous sales day.
Reconcile Booking calendar dates with Pipedrive.
Verify completion of GEPP on Humm, Brighte or Deposit paid for cash sales.
Upload contracts to Monday.com and move to Admin board.
Maintain and organize all sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, presentations, sales reports, and customer records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Work closely and proactively with the Sales Director and General Manager, providing high-level administrative and operational support to facilitate their day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.
Actively monitor sales processes and activities to ensure adherence to established compliance procedures
Compliance tracking of each Won deal.
Serve as the primary point of contact within the sales department for compliance-related questions
Add Job Pack link to booking calendar.
Check that solar system specifications and component brand / sizes are correct within the Install calendar.
Add system component details to Monday.com.
Move completed Job Pack from Admin board to Job Pack board.
Allocate and move cancellations,
Add email or phone call notes to Pipedrive and Monday.com
Remove the cancellation's install date from the calendar.
Tracking errors made within Won deals to report to sales director.
Track and report on Monday.com notifications and outstanding issues to be resolved.
Tracking cancellations and cancellation reasons.
Assisting in further administrative roles as required.
Answer phones on rotation
Order business cards.
Desirable:
Experience in the Solar industry or a related sector.
Experience in Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
