Reverend's Coffee in Fortitude Valley is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant team from the front in a hands-on role. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient service with a strong understanding of both coffee and food. Must have solid barista skills.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Manage inventory, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Develop and implement creative initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, partners, and the local community.

Uphold strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cafe or hospitality management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development.

Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
