About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities and build lasting relationships in the construction sector. This isn’t just a sales role - it’s about partnerships, problem-solving, and delivering real value to our clients.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in formwork, scaffolding, and construction services
- Developing strong relationships with builders, developers, and key decision-makers
- Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions to improve project efficiency and safety
- Staying ahead of industry trends and keeping an eye on competitor activity
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

SALARY & BENEFITS
$90,000 - $110,000 Base + Super + Car + Commissions
