Starting in the dairy sector, and moving into the wider Agriculture space, and then into water, we continue to innovate and adapt to our customer needs. Due to this expanding interest in our advanced solutions in the agriculture sector, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development manager who can work with our country manager to:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including end users and dealers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Ensure all sales efforts align with budget expectations and company growth strategies.
• Support the National Business Development Manager in exploring and developing new market opportunities.
• Attend and support all regional and national events to promote that value of our Halo solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within Halo’s database.
• Ensure the consistent application and promotion of the Halo brand to establish its reputation as a leader in farm automation devices.

• A fairly good understanding of the agriculture industry in the area, and understand the drivers for the dealers and end users alike.
• A genuine interest to solve our customers' and partner's problems.
• An ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation, whether it be large corporate clients, or family operated farms.
• An understanding of agriculture technology is advantageous but not essential. What is more important is the ability to learn and adapt our solutions to our customer needs.
