What You'll Do:

Provide accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects valued up to $100M with support from a Senior Estimation team.

Review plans, specifications, and contracts to develop comprehensive budget proposals

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates

Identify and evaluate project risks and propose cost-effective solutions

Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and final proposals

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience estimating for commercial construction projects over $15M

Strong understanding of construction costs, project scopes, and contract terms

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and meet deadlines

Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software and tools
