The position is available due to an internal promotion with the current PM moving into another area of the business.

• Work alongside a Junior/Property Manager, you will manage approx. 150 x property portfolio
• The portfolio can be task-based or shared duties, YOU CHOOSE and work with your strengths
• Each Property Manager will keep their eyes on the properties by conducting a small set number of routines and finals per month
• Shared leasing with the full PM team, managed by proximity
• Full cover whilst you are on annual leave
• Opportunity to progress into a Team Leader/HOD position

Skills & Experience

• Interest in real estate & hold a real estate registration & driving license
• Ability to work within a team, down to earth personality, and a friendly approach
