The Opportunity

Based in South Yarra, our client is a boutique agency with years of experience in development and project sales. As the business grows, they’re seeking a Property Manager to ensure their established portfolio remains in excellent condition and continues to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular routine inspections and manage repairs and maintenance requests promptly.
• Coordinate and host open for inspections to attract and secure quality tenants.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors through effective communication.
• Complete tenancy application assessments, lease reviews, and prepare tenancy sign-ups and inductions.
• Ensure all lease agreements and compliance requirements are up to date and accurately maintained.

Key Requirements

• Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate and a reliable vehicle with a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing your own portfolio.
• Willingness to conduct open inspections independently, including occasional weekends if required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional presentation with strong time management and organisational abilities.
