• Full time hours Monday to Friday between 8.30AM - 6.00PM
• Close to public transport - Hurstville train station
• Near the convenience of Westfields
• Temporary role - ASAP Start: 17th March - 30th June 2025
• $35.86ph + super

Our client is a leading general insurance company based in Australia and New Zealand who offers a range of insurance products, including home, car, business, and travel insurance. They provide services to individuals and businesses and focus on risk management and claims processing. They are one of the largest insurance providers in the region, known for its customer service and care for their customers and employees.

The role
This is a lodgement claims consultant role where you will be handling inbound calls from customers who have been affected by the recent weather events in QLD/NSW. You will handling calls and showing empathy to customers who are going through a tough time, gathering information required to start the claims process.

• Ensure claim information is compliant with policies and regulations
• Accurate information handling

About you

• Inbound customer service within a call centre (ideally within Financial Services)
• Attention to detail
• Compassion and empathy
• Previous claims experience
• Tech savvy
