About the Role:

INDEX is seeking experienced SAP Functional Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a SAP Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into ICT system specifications and enhancing our software systems to meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, analyse, and document solutions that optimise operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements to develop comprehensive solution designs.
• Implement and maintain solution documents while ensuring adherence to delivery and support methodologies.
• Support daily operations, monitor performance, and conduct technical application assessments to optimise system functionality.
• Lead testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management to ensure robust system performance.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues, solve problems, and ensure timely project implementation.
• Conduct quality management tasks such as peer reviews and provide guidance on specifications, design, and testing documents.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to investigate issues and make data-driven recommendations.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges efficiently.
• Experience working collaboratively in agile environments to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in SAP CRM, SAP PSCD, SAP S4/HANA, SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP SRM, OR SAP HCM.
• Demonstrated capability in risk management, change facilitation, and negotiation with transparency and respect.
• MANDATORY: Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain an AGSVA Clearance.
