We are looking for a certified WHS Support & Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about WHS to take their expertise into a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, where you will be helping businesses ensure they are compliant and safe.

Your Responsibilities:
As a WHS Support & Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in providing support and guidance to clients using our WHS software. Your responsibilities will include:

Product Support: Providing expert support to clients on the use of our WHS software, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to optimize software use for compliance and safety management.

Presales support – Demonstration of the system to potential buyers

Operation support – Respond and resolve support enquiries from current users of the platform

Training: Delivering training sessions to clients, helping them to get the most out of the software and ensuring their teams are up to date with WHS best practices.

Compliance Advice: Offering professional guidance to clients on WHS regulations, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and how to comply effectively with workplace safety laws.

Onsite Audits: Conducting onsite WHS audits for clients to assess their current safety practices and identify areas for improvement.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about workplace safety but also has a strong technical aptitude and a customer-centric approach. To succeed in this role, you will need:

WHS Certification: Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety .

Experience: 4-5 years practical knowledge of WHS regulations and practices. E.g. providing compliance advice, auditing, training in WHS. Trades background will be beneficial.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using software products and technology. Ability to quickly learn new software tools.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations and software solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.

Customer Focused: A strong commitment to solving client problems, with the ability to support multiple clients and provide timely, professional support.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance requirements are accurately met and clients’ needs are fully addressed.

Drivers license: is required for the role as well as a personal vehicle
