Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee and enhance the College’s WHS processes and Safety Management System
Lead the College’s risk management strategy and maintain the Risk Register
Act as the College’s Return-to-Work Coordinator
Conduct safety audits, drills, and staff safety inductions
Coordinate emergency procedures and lead Emergency Wardens
Manage policy development, compliance reporting, and school registration/NQF documentation
Who We’re Looking For
A WHS or compliance/legal professional with experience leading organisation-wide safety and risk programs
Knowledge of legislative frameworks, WHS standards, and Australian compliance systems
A strong communicator with the ability to influence culture and drive continuous improvement
A team player with excellent organisation and documentation skills
