Responsibilities:

Supervise bar staff and daily bar operations.

Serve customers efficiently while providing exceptional service.

Ensure responsible service of alcohol in compliance with licensing laws.

Manage stock levels, place orders, and conduct stock takes.

Handle cash, operate the till, and complete end-of-day reconciliations.

Assist in organising club events and functions.

Drive business to create more revenue and sales.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality supervisory role.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

High level of reliability, honesty, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
