About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant/Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant hospitality team at Georgy Scotts, in Albany, Western Australia. As a part-time position, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service and a fantastic dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Managing and supervising restaurant and bar

Overseeing the preparation of beverages to the highest standards

Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain adequate stock

Handling cash and processing payments efficiently

Responding to customer enquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

Assisting with the implementation of new menu items, promotions and special events

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a restaurant or bar supervisor role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation and service

Familiarity with inventory management and basic financial reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for providing a fantastic dining experience for our customers
