About the Role

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our café, crafting top-quality coffee while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving high-quality specialty coffee with consistency and care.
• Ensuring efficient workflow during peak service times, managing high-volume coffee service.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the café.
• Operating and maintaining espresso machines and grinders to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ 2+ years of barista experience in an Australian café
✔️ Strong coffee-making skills, including dialing in espresso, milk texturing, and latte art.
✔️ A passion for customer service and engaging with people
✔️ The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
✔️ Strong multitasking and organisational skills
