We are seeking fun and energetic casual team members to work various shifts as front of house personnel for our historic hotel, renowned for its charm, character, and soon to be exceptional dining experience.

About Us: BC & FH Holdings Pty Ltd ATF Burlington Unit Trust TA Burlington Hotel has acquired The Burlington Hotel in Bunbury. Our hotel is a beloved landmark, steeped in history and tradition, offering guests a unique blend of classic elegance and modern hospitality.

With a strong focus on uplifting the venue and offerings, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality experiences in all parts of our operations (F&B, Accommodation, Entertainment). We now require additional team members with the right attitude (and availability) to come along on this journey with us.

After our recent acquisition the hotel will shortly commence a series of significant upgrades and refurbishment programs which will bring it back to its former glory.

Ideally you will have a proven history of delivering exceptional quality products and service, a strong rapport with back of house teams, and a full understanding that you are the face of the hotel at all times. A total team focus is an absolute must.

The Role: As a F&B Attendant, you will be ensuring the highest standards of product and service at all times. You will have immaculate presentation, and hygiene. You will be part of a dedicated team (small at commencement with future growth increases), inspire creativity, and be assisting for activating the hotels reputation for outstanding products and service.

Delivery of exceptional products and services

Upselling skills and product knowledge

Team focused

Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards in the work environment (and personally)

POS and cash handling

Be a positive role model to others

Have a sense of urgency

We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role is preferred (but not totally essential)

Have a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards and remain calm

A flair for customer service

Good availability
