Mantra Mackay is seeking a Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you'll be the heart of our food and beverage service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience at Latitude 21 Bar & Restaurant.

As our next Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:

Provide exceptional service to guests in our dining areas and bar

Be confident in your ability to help customers and have excellent communication skills.

Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests’ needs are met promptly

Set up and pack down the restaurant, bar, and event space following service periods.

Handle customer enquiries and complains in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service.

Ensure food and beverage quality meets high standards

Maintain and follow health, safety, and security procedures at all times.

Communicate efficiently, effectively and in a courteous manner with all team members throughout the property as required.

Always present yourself in a put-together, professional manner while retaining a high regard for personal grooming

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous however not essential.

Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry

A valid RSA Certificate

A positive, friendly, and professional attitude

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Exceptional organisation and communicative skills

Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
