Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment? The German Arms Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Duty Managers/Food & Beverage Attendants/Bar Attendants to join our team!

Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional attitude

Take food and drink orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy

Serve meals and beverages to tables in a timely manner

Ensure the dining and bar areas are clean and well-presented at all times

Assist in setting up and packing down the restaurant/bar as required Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a polite and helpful manner

Operate point of sale systems and handle cash and card payments

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
