Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity with one of Sydney's leading Class 2 developers?

The Role: As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of construction sites. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing day-to-day operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining an elevated level of quality throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and lead subcontractors, tradespeople, and other site staff.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is compliant with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control and resolve any issues that arise.
• Liaise with the project manager and clients to provide updates on project status.
• Ensure a safe and productive site environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with a strong background in residential construction class 2 projects.
• Must hold a Certificate IV in Building and Construction or relevant qualifications.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and Building codes and regulations
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
