About the Opportunity

Joss Facility Management is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Wagga team. If you have a proven track record in managing construction projects and delivering exceptional results safely and efficiently, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role
As Site Supervisor, you will:

• Manage daily site operations, including safety supervision of subcontractors, ensuring high-quality and safe project delivery of projects up to the value of $10M.
• Actively contribute to pre-contract and delivery planning, including construction methodologies and strategies.
• Develop, establish, and maintain the master program in MS Project.
• Identify and respond to project risks and opportunities.
• Establish reporting mechanisms to monitor project KPIs and controls.
• Review and update project programs regularly with subcontractors.
• Assist with variations and claims.
