Based in Melbourne's lovely Inner CBD (South Yarra Area), this extremely professional real estate company specializes in beautiful properties within Inner Melbourne, with procedures and technology second to none.

Due to growth, our client requires a BDM to join a team of 8 in property management with this well known and highly regarded property name.

This position would suit someone with a genuine hunger for business development and a generous salary package is on offer to the successful candidate. Those from a real estate BDM, Sales or property management background would suit this role and would make a great change of pace for anyone seeking something from day to day property management.

Offered as a Monday to Friday role (with some Saturday rotations - TIL provided), this position will make an exciting career move.

The role would specialise in properties and apartments within Melbourne's Inner CBD and Stonnington Areas and would involve working closely with developers, property managers and sales teams. The role will focus on new listing funnels so drive and creativity will be incentivised accordingly. The contacts, leads and funnel ideas are ready to go for the successful candidate. With great marketing, sales and property management teams, the role will have plenty of support.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, who provides a great supportive approach, a great location and genuine career potential within this property firm will be provided.

This position will form a crucial part of the team and the company provides a great, supportive environment with long term staff.
